Beautifully located above the sanduned beach Meia Praia in a quiet exclusive residential area
on extensive completely fenced in grounds. It offers the privacy you need and the proximity to
the beach and Lagos town center you want. The completely renovated old farmhouse now
offers air-conditioning throughout, a modern kitchen, up to date furniture, and a huge flat screen TV.
There are 2 separate entrances to the house, one leading to the smaller part containing a separate kitchenette with living area and bedroom with bathroom en suite. The other main entrance leads into a large ample living/dining room with open plan kitchen and adjoining 2 BEDROOMS and 2 bathrooms. Both parts of the house are connected through a door leading from the main living room to the second living room/kitchenette.
Simply and functionally furnished with oriental touches.
The exterior is beautifully designed with ample seating at the BBQ area with its granite top tables, built in benches and large awning to protect from the summer sun.
The pool area has been made secure by a balustrade around and gates so small children should be safe. There is also a large sun bathing area in front of the pool
The Atlantic shimmers between tree tops, the distance to the beach is a few minutes’ drive – to walk would probably not take much longer. A perfect holiday home.
